Training Method - learning by doing
This training is based on "learning by doing". Its nice to understand some of the concepts and theories related to the subjects mentioned, but these skills can only be learned when done physically, provided professional and respectful feedback is provide in the process, guidance processes are available, also after the training.
Included in the training package is a 3 month coaching period during which the participants receive coaching via email or phone with the trainer.
The program is available in Dutch and English and can be run in-company or will be planned and organised in an open setting as soon as 10 participants have enrolled.
