I plan to uncover the things I learned in my career in HRD, in multinational and global companies.
After more than 25 years career progression in profit organisations, I decided to apply and share my knowledge in a different way. My plan is to write
e-books on the essential decisions you should make in each of the 5 stages of your career plan.
Writing e-books out of the blue seems not only impossible, many specialist say the first thing to do is get to know your audience. I can not think of a better way then simply ask!

The career planning model above was designed by myself. I also applied this myself of course. I started my career as a teacher for long-term unemployed people in the Netherlands, today I am a global HRD director. It's my 13th job in 27 years. My current responsibilities include training, learning, staff & management development, succession and talent management, leadership development. About you If you want to help me testing, maybe proof reading some of my content, I will spend some time with you in return. Of course we need to share some of the context of your job, the company/organisation, your education, etc. But lets get in contact first. Lets first get into contact.
